Through a series of meaningful occasions, what began as a naval admiral’s family farm in Winchester, Virginia, has evolved into a secluded, peaceful wedding venue for those most special of days. After beginning to host events for the Hunter Crane Foundation, the lodge became the chosen spot for family celebrations and nuptials. As word spread about the incredible barn and picturesque party, the decision was made to invest in renovations that would make it a destination venue for weddings, photography, and corporate events.
The property surrounding the barn, with its ponds and rolling pastures, is protected under a conservation easement to preserve the Potomac watershed. The expansive outdoor areas include scenic landscapes, acres of natural wildflowers and fruit trees, streams, water features, open fields, bridges, and, of course, our iconic barn. With so much beauty surrounding you, Landfall Lodge is an exceptional backdrop for every event, in every season.
